It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Edith MacDonald of Salmon River, Nova Scotia, born in Truro, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth MacDonald; and her fiancé Jamie Crowe. She is survived by: her mother Pauline MacDonald (Webb); her daughters, Katlyn MacDonald (Dustin Pace) and Shauna MacDonald; her brother Terry MacDonald (Bonita); her nieces, Lisa Leopold (David Leopold) and Christina Alfred (Michael Alfred); her nephew Ryan MacDonald (Destini MacDonald); her stepgrandson Greyson Pace; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden Leopold, Jade Leopold, Blake Leopold, Weston Leopold and Jackson Alfred.
