It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas William Gilkie (Sambro, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 19, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Alexander Gilkie; his brother Joe; and his sister-in-law Bridgie. He is survived by: his parent Annie Gilkie (Creed); and his sibling's children, Anna Slaunwhite (Barry), Beverly Purcell, Frank (Helen), Justin (Denise), John, Sam (Crystal) and Troy (Nicole). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
