She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Roth and Carmella Roth (MacDonald); her daughters, Marlene Hazel and Victoria Levy (Hazel); her sister Marina Remo; and her brothers-in-law, Fred Remo and Gerald MacDonald.

She is survived by: her husband Oren Hazel; her granddaughter Heather Levy (Jonah Davidson); her great grandchildren, Xander and Edward; her son-in-law Darryl Levy; her sister Priscilla MacDonald; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Crowell (Donnie) and Darlene Mosher (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
