He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Carr and Jessie Carr (Burgess); his brother Donald Carr; and his father-in-law Ronald Potvin. He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Carr (Potvin); his children, Jaimee Atkinson (Adam) and Reilly Carr (Ashley Tucker); his grandchildren, Lillian Atkinson and Laine Atkinson; his siblings, Darlene Boutilier (Phillip), Timmy Carr (Kathy), Charles Carr, George Carr (Lisa) and David Carr; his mother-in-law Janette Potvin; his siblings-in-law, Shawna Ayre (Rob), Michael Potvin (Alicia) and Jeffrey Potvin (Rebecca Hiltz); and his close friends, Glen Briand (Tric), Matt Baker (Tanya), Tammy McEwan, Buck Annand and Scottie Clark (Shauna). He is also survived by four nieces and three nephews.
