He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sandra and Bruce; and his stepfather Leslie. He is survived by: his significant other Krista; his mother Zeta; his children, Adrienne (John) and Jeremy (Beth); the mother of his children Bonnie; his grandchildren, Graham, Benjamin and Annalee; his great grandchildren, Melissa and Nikki; and his siblings, Gayle, Marilyn, Dan, Barb, Theresa, Leigh and John. He is also survived by her five grandchildren.
