He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Mervin Sears and Elizabeth Sears of Shag Harbour; his uncle Robert Smith; his friend Ivan Kendrick; his wife Joyce; his sisters, Leona Larkin, Mabel Banks and Juanita Ball; his children, Gregory (Marianne) and Cheryl Ann (Stanley); his son-in-law George (Karla); his grandchildren, Patrick (Simona), Shawn (Melissa), Jessica (Travis), Jacob (Beth), Joshua (Rebekah), Stephanie (Kevin), Caleb and Haleigh Atwood; and his daughter Charlene.
