We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2020, Michael Jeremy Craig (Shearwater, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Lily; and his brother Chris. He is survived by: his children, James Craig (Cathy), Owen Craig, Emily Craig, Jordan Valcourt (Glen Boudreau) and Manon Valcourt; and also Gillian Valcourt (Gus).

In lieu of flowers for Jerry, his wishes were to get people to donate to help out other people battling with IPF (Canadian Lung Association https://www.lung.ca) or to Elderdog (http://www.elderdog.ca) --- dedicated to ageing people, ageing dogs, and the important connection they enjoy.

Getting to know Jery over the past two years as a stellar member of the Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group, we saw first hand how dedicated he was to raising awareness of this debilitating disease. He was a fountain of knowledge with all aspects of IPF, and was so looking forward to being accepted for a lung transplant. Jerry will be sorely missed as a friend and as a member of our group.
