He is survived by: his children, Murdock Todd Forsythe of Fort St and Jodi Dawn Forsythe of Calgary, AB; his granddaughter Dayna Forsythe; and his sister Anne Moore (Roger) of Niagara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
