She is survived by: her husband Mark Van Buskirk; her children, Shannon (Chris), Elizabeth (Devon) and Adam (Maggie); her grandchildren, Angelina, Brex, Jacob, William, Ethan, Hazel and Agatha; her siblings, Maureen, LeRoy Perry (Maria), Jimmy Perry (Robin), Paul Perry (Laura), Theresa Kluz, Mary Anne Campbell, Joan Locke (Robbie) and Fred Perry (Wanda); and her extended family, Alaa Almanjar (Amani), Ameen Alali (Marwa) and Eyad Almnajer (Samahr).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Shelburne Refugee Support Committee OR becoming a member of the 100 People Who Care of Shelburne County; a local cause that Patsy was very proud to be a member of and attended.
