Russell Earle Wickens Obituary

We announce the death of Russell Earle Wickens (Shelburne, Nova Scotia), born in Barrington Passage, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 75. Russell will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle and Estella; his brothers, Ivan and Vernie; and his brothers-in-law, Gene, Clarence and John.

He is survived by: his wife Anne (Goreham); his children, Colin (Maureen) and Adrienne (Gregory); his grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan and Kaila; his great grandchild Colin; Priscilla, Nancy, Marjorie (Horton), Eleanor, Brenda (Carl), Stanley, Sharon and Debbie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
