She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Sutherland; her parents, Lewis Wilson and Effie Wilson; and her siblings, Richard, Lewis Wilson and Eylene Fraser (Wes).

She is survived by: her brother Martin Wilson (Amber); and her children, Eugene Sutherland (Michele), Shane Sutherland (Cindy), Brady Sutherland and Cindy Sutherland. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
