She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm "Scott" Rudolph and Laurie Rudolph (Mailman); her son Ralph Jack; her husband Donald Jack; her siblings, Ernest Rudolph (Catherine) and Edith; and her brothers-in-law, Calvin Carroll, Fred Jeffers and Dave James.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Jack (Peggy), Myles Jack (Wendy) of Lacombe, AB, Darla Porter-Jack (Ricky) and Bruce Jack; her daughters-in-law, Rhonda Jack, Gweneth Boutilier and Melrose; and her siblings, Scottie Rudolph (Dorothy), Ralph Rudolph (Loraine), Ethel Jeffers, Marion Carroll and Phyllis James.
