With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reta Marion Manthorne (Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia), who passed away on October 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Elva Williams (Gammon); her husband Milford Manthorne; her close friend Ossie Myers; and her siblings, Albert Williams and Eva Ashley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leona Sangster (Elwyn), Coddles Harbour, Heather DeMarco (Al), Seal Harbour, Connie Hubley (Michael) and Georgefield; her grandchildren, Tanya (Dave), Reggie (Sara), Christopher, Rebecca, Jacob (Maria), Jordan (Laura) and Victoria (Adam); her great grandchildren, Max, Ethan, Shaylea, Madison, Isaac and Graeson; and her sister Helen Luddington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Seaside Cemetery.
