Barbara Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Mae McKinnon (Zinck). She is survived by: her friend Sonny Shortell; her former husband Lloyd Stone of Stewiacke; her daughters, Wanda Lee Stone (Tony Fraser) and Shelly Anne Stone (Dana Malally); her boyfriend Brian Goodmanson; her partner's sons, Matthew and Andrew; her sons, Matthew (Meg Pooley) and Andrew (Chantal Laurin); her grandchild Russell Malally; her great grandchild Sadie Malally; her sister Gloria Publicover; her nieces, LeeAnn, Della, Becky and Amanda; her close friends, Linda, Greg Boudreau, Susan King, Kevin, Shelley Curtis, Glenda Sullivan, Ellen Hayes, Joann Dowell and Marie Miller; and also Brandon Malally.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ettinger Funeral Home Chapel (2812 NS-2, Shubenacadie, NS B0N2H0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ettinger Funeral Home (2812 NS-2, Shubenacadie, NS B0N2H0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, whose support and research give hope and strength to countless families.
