He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham White and Edna White (Corkum); his father-in-law Rene (Marie Huybers); and his nephew Todd White. He is survived by: his close friend Neeno; his wife Thea (Huybers); his sons, Kevin (Amanda) and Stephen; his grandchildren, Ryker, Kylie and Elliot; and his siblings, Aubrey (Mary) and Phyllis (Donnie Jones). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Dan can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the SPCA.
