With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gladys Susan Twombly (Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2025 at the age of 99. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Katherine Stevens (Keating); her husbands, Curtis Hill and John "Jack" Twombly; her sons, Donald and Robert; her great grandchild Baby Elliott Hill; her parent Edith Stevens; and her grandfather Herbert.
She is survived by: her children, David and Viola (Larry); her daughters-in-law, Brenda Hill and Trish Lunn; her grandchildren, Sarah (Kirby), Laura (Kevin), Brian (Julie), Joe, Robert "Jamie" (Beatrice), Sharon (Mike) and Barry (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Kaylee, Braylee, Chloe, Jasper, Neveah, Melody, Heather, Shanea, Eric, Mikeal, Declan and Jace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
