With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Greta Mary Archibald (Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Duncanson and Lily Duncanson (Payzant); her husband Carl; and her siblings, Joyce Gates (Cecil), Bev Wagstaff (Robert), Madlyn Ogilive (Sherman), Doug and Ralph.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marie Gaetz, Noreen "DeeDee" Archibald and Debbie "Dee" Wilson; her grandsons, Nick Gaetz and Michael Gaetz (Jillian Newcombe); her great grandchild Adrianna; her sister Audrey Sturk; and her sister-in-law Doris Duncanson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
