With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joan Marie Fowler (Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Arnold and Kathleen Arnold (Hall); and her husband Frank.
