He was predeceased by : his parents, Elsie Jayasinghe (DeSilva) and Wilfred Jayasinghe. He is survived by : his wife Mary Jayasinghe (Loring); his children, Gary Jayasinghe (Jacquelyn), Virginia Fraser (David), Elizabeth Wilcox (Mark) and Valley; his grandchildren, Andrew McWatch, Patrick Jayasinghe (Courtney), Devon Wilcox (Labrador) and Brandon Wilcox; and his great grandchildren, Paisley and Hudson.

“Mary and family- It was with great sadness we heard of Les' passing. We have so many fond memories of Les. His smile lit up a room and his joy of life and dry sense of humor made any day brighter. He will be remembered for his many skills as a golfer, bowler, bridge player and of course a great community volunteer. He will be missed. We are thinking of all of you. Claudia and Jim Thompson”
