She is survived by: her husband Stanley Oscar Picard; and her children, Russell Picard of Nova Scotia, Paulette Newman (Picard) of New Brunswick, Kelly Picard Jolicoeur of Mississauga and Thomas Picard of Mississauga, Ontario.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
