With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Withrow (Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 20, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Elizabeth Withrow to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Bond and Murial Bond (Custance); her significant other John Withrow; her siblings, Robert Bond (Dorothy), Lloyd Bond (Mary), Gordon Bond (Betty), Carl Bond, Jim Bond, Donald Bond and Marjorie Weir (Doug); and her brother-in-law Jim Withrow.

She is survived by : her children, Harold Withrow (Christine) and Ruth Grant (John); her grandchildren, Megan Withrow, Caleb Grant and Isaac Grant; her stepgrandchildren, Cory Millett (Melissa), Melissa Millett and Michelle Millett; and her sisters-in-law, Eloise Withrow, Jean Bond and Elsie Bond.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ettinger Funeral Home Chapel (2812 NS-2, Shubenacadie, NS B0N2H0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Upper Rawdon United Church (9 Old Trunk 14 Hwy, Upper Rawdon, NS B0N2N0).
