Ray MacKinnon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray MacKinnon of Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin MacKinnon and Minnie MacKinnon (Lively); his brother Elroy; his foster brother John Morash; and his siblings-in-law, Loyd Gilby, George McCoombs, Carol MacKinnon, Joyce Manley and Kelly MacKinnon.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Manley); his son Aaron (Joy); his grandchildren, Raya and Reese; his siblings, Mary, Wilson, Ferne, Floyd and Leonard; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Manley (Sally Allen), Kevin Manley (Valerie Bolivar) and Donna Brimicombe (Paul).
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ettinger Funeral Home (2812 NS-2, Shubenacadie, NS B0N2H0).
