It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bev June Balcom of South Bar, Nova Scotia, born in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 23, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Balcom and Rachel Balcom (Thistle); and her siblings, Bobby Balcom, Anna Mosher and Greg Balcom.
She is survived by: her children, Chris (Mary), Denitra (Cyril), Sydney and Kendra; her grandchildren, Jessica, Lohgan, Sydney, Max, Skye, Kyra, Jon, Paul and Victoria; her siblings, Jerry (Cathy), Sharon Batchalor, Diane Hanley and Milton; and her pet Kaeko.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bev can be made to the SPCA Cape Breton Branch.
