He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Burgoyne and Lona Burgoyne (Whynot); his brother Brian Burgoyne; and his grandchildren, Jeramy, Trisha and Shelby.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Burgoyne (Veinot); his children, Kirk Burgoyne (Jessica Feener), Melissa Zinck (Brenton), Michelle Burgoyne (Phillip Crouse), Teena Lohnes (Rodney), Kathy Bayers (Barry Crouse), Crousetown, Tammy Scannlon (Mark) and Alberta; and his siblings, Ross Burgoyne (Ann), Cherryfield, Leonard Burgoyne (Amanda Robar), Linda Sproule (Arden), Christine Whynot (Meisner Section), Susan Daniels (Waterloo) and Kimberley Burgoyne (Pinehurst). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
