She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William L. Dewar and Bessie C. Dewar (Smith); her spouse Dr. R. A. Burden; her sons, Bill (Sue), Kent (Sharon), David (Charlene) and Tim (Marie); and her grandchildren, Katherine, Bradley, Jane, Jill, Nicholas, Matthew, Emily, Sarah and Jennifer. She was also cherished by six Great Grandchildren.

Donations to All Saints Springhill Hospital Auxiliary, Northwood Ivany Place of Bedford NS, any local food bank or to a charity of choice would be wonderful.
