She was predeceased by : her parents, John MacDonald and Annie MacDonald (Ross); and her husband John Robert Fraser. She is survived by : her children, John Fraser (Melodie) of Amherst and Ginger Fraser of Springhill; her sister Ruth Nash of Springhill; her niece Marilyn (Rick) of Springhill; her grandchildren, Amanda (Sabrina) of Riverview, RJ, Alex (Starr) of Amherst, Seth (Jess) of Bridgewater and Jack of Amherst; and her great grandchildren, Trystan, Keera, Noah, Mason, Walker, Atreus, Maddie, Harper, Josie and Rowarn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

If so desired, donations in Helen's memory may be made to the GOVRC Workshop, Springhill or the Springhill Ground Search and Rescue.
