He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowett and Ruth Rowett (Johnson); his wife Mary Lillian Rowett (Meekins); his daughter Judith Ann McKay; and his brothers, James, Kenneth and Edward.
He is survived by: his son Mark; and his grandchildren, Krystal Rushton, Raymond Redding (Tracy), Ricky Redding (Linda), Robin Redding and Mary Adams. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
