She was predeceased by: her husband Roy; her son Timothy; and her parents, Murlie MacLellan and Catherine "Katie" MacLellan (Rector). She is survived by: her children, Gayle and Murray (Mel); her daughter-in-law Bev; her grandchildren, Trycinda (Braydon), Tianna (Jimmy), Travis (Lauryn), Kenny, Melissa (Ryan), Sandy (Sheena) and Chris (Danielle); and her brothers, Gerry (Heather) and Larry (Marion). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the MacDiarmid's Funeral Home & Crematorium (5075 Main St, Oxford, NS B0M1P0).
