She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Pettigrew and Annie Pettigrew (Henwood). She is survived by : her husband Ray; her children, Raymond (Annie), Danny (Nancy), Ricky (Susan), Patricia Richard (James), Cindy Donkin (Dean), Fenwick and Monique Zollner (Kevin); her siblings, Charles Pettigrew, Henry Pettigrew, Judith Sears, Adeline Terrio and Audrey Hill; and her grandchildren, Paul, Bonnie, Theresa, Tabitha, Tanya, Raymond, Jesse, Jonathan, Timmy, Sydney, Emma, Riley, Drake, Rachel, Nicholas, Alex and Corey. She is also survived by 31 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Those wishing to make a donation in Patricia's memory may do so to Canadian Cancer Society or Nova Scotia Mental Health.
