She is survived by : her husband James Emery Hayes; her children, Heidi Hayes of Stellarton and Harlin Hayes of Middle Sackville; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Matthew and Kristian Hayes; her sisters, Elizabeth Baillie and Viola Price; and her close friend Alicia Tupper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
