He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert James and Julia James (Ermenc); his siblings, Helen Stewart, Julie Sartoris, Annie Swallow, Dorothy Morrison, Johnny, Andrew and Alex James; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth James, Chalmers Stewart, Lloyd Sartoris, Donnie MacEachern and Lawson Sartoris; and his great-nephew Justin MacDonald.
He is survived by : his wife Jelly James (Luchavez); his daughters, Beverly Denny (Wayne) and Kesha Lena Weir (Steve Wojtowicz); the mother of his child Marla James; his children, Granton, Larry Jr. James (Gaylene), Pictou Landing and Shawn James (Sherrie Cook); the mother of his children June Roddick of Lellan's Mountain; his grandchildren, Candace, Tracey, Wayne L., Calvin, Jonathon, Ryan, Gracyn, Danielle, Megan, Kylee, Ashton and Cruz; his great grandchildren, Chiles and Reah; his siblings, Minnie Sartoris, Mary Harned, N. B., Rose MacEachern, Bertha Simpson (Jim), Alta and Herbie James (Sherry); his siblings-in-law, Colleen James, Marie James, Laura Mae James of Burlington, Mass., Billy Swallow and Joe Morrison; his niece Nichole "Nicky" Hafey; and his nephews, Martin Sartoris, Chalmers "Challie" Stewart, Blair Sartoris, John Stewart and Daniel Olsten. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
