He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank LeBlanc and Blanche LeBlanc (Levy). He is survived by : his wife Velma (Sears); his son Scott (Tonia); his stepson Evan; and his sisters, Patricia (Victor) and Donna Parnell. He is also survived by niece and 3 nephews.
