He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Earl and Joan Frances McInnis (Marcott); and his son James Tony. He is survived by: his children, Julia McInnis, Ryan McInnis, Keith McInnis and Everleigh McInnis; his siblings, Ollie Kontuk Stellarton (Peter), Margaret McInnis and Henry McInnis (Shari); and his siblings' children, Hannah, Brandon, Jarrod, Mitchell, Timothy and Matthew. He is also survived by several grand nieces and nephews; many cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 28 (140 MacKay St, Stellarton, NS B0K0A2).
