He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Rogers and Mary Rogers (Boutlier); his significant other Chris Allard; and his siblings, Frank, Harry, Ted, Pat, Tina, Virginia and Rita.

He is survived by : his siblings, Jerry Rogers, Kathleen Vacheresse and Eleanor Wagg; his sisters-in-law, Jeanette Rogers and Dorothy Rogers; and his children, Richard Allard, Margie Koszkulics and Cindy MacNeil. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; his partners.
