She was predeceased by : her parents, Melvin Kostuk and Theresa Kostuk (Vigneault); and her brother Terry "Tuck". She is survived by : her sister Carla Kostuk; her son Andrew; her brothers, Melvin "Spike" (Wendy) and Jim (Karen); her niece Chantal; and her nephew Christian.
