He was predeceased by: his parents, John Green and Winifred Green (Duncan); his former wife Catherine Mary (Campbell); his siblings, Joyce Powell and Paul; and his son-in-law Jeff Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Alison (Wayne), Pam and Donald; his stepchildren, Debbie (Don), Carol (Brian) and Danny (Kelly); his grandchildren, Brian, Jordan, Dylan, Brittany, Mason, Krista, Cody, Logan and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Reid, Jasper, Elliott, Shelby, Aria, Charleigh and Eden; and his great great grandchild Cash. He is also survived by 9 siblings, many nieces and nephews.
