He is survived by: his children, Jo-Lee (Shaun) and Andrew; his granddaughter Amber; his former wife Miriam Kaiser; his sister Patsy Lee; and his nieces, Cara, Allura, Stacey, Kathy and Ann-Marie. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
