He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roderick C. Chisholm, Margaret Chisholm (MacGillivray), Ignatius Matlock and Blandine Matlock (Arsenault). He is survived by: his significant other Rachelle McDonald; his parents, Bernard Lake (Mary Matlock) and Stillwater Lake; his sister Jennifer Matlock (Timberlea); and his pet Finnegan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
