He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Ross and Edna Ross; his grandsons, Benjamin Ross, Craig Swim and Dana Swim; and his siblings, James Ross, Sterling Ross, Elaine Quinlan and Susie Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ross; his children, Kevin Ross (Sheila), Shirley Ross, Corey Ross (Beatrice) and Petora Newell (Robbie); his siblings, Audrey Smith, Isabelle Tower, Maureen Nickerson and Hubert Ross; his grandchildren, Daniel (Katrina), Jared (Cheyne), Nicholas (Bobbie), Paige (Ian) and Katlin (Beth); his great grandchildren, Dustin (Kylee), Shaynea (Patrick), Camden, Chayney, Blake, Kami, Madisyn, Bentley, Bella and William; and his great great grandchildren, Adaline and Emberlyn.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions the service will be livestreamed.
