It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Townsend of Stoney Island, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon (Foote); and his brother Alexander. He is survived by: his father Brian Townsend; his children, Mercedes Atwood (Tristan) and Dylan Nickerson; his grandson Declan Atwood; his siblings, Christine Quinlan (Troy) and Joseph (Rhonda); his siblings' children, Jamie, Roger, Shawna and Faith; and his close friend Holly.
