He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Fields and Jessie Fields. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Fields (DeWolfe); his children, Roy Fields (Wendy) and Cathryn "Susie" Fields; and his sisters, Mary Dill and June Randall. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
