She was predeceased by: her parents, David "Abner" Barkhouse and Mary Barkhouse (Hayes); her former husband James Rhodes; her husband Winston Churchill; and her daughter Shirley Ruggles (Sanford).
She is survived by: her son Harley Rhodes (Cheryl); her grandsons, Stephen Sanford (Judy), Bradley Sanford (Carla) and Brodie Rhodes (Adara); her great grandchildren, Nathan Sanford (Elizabeth) and Angie Sanford; and her great great grandchildren, Brenna, Dexter and Madison. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
