He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Alexander and Viola Mary Evong (Burke). He is survived by: his significant other Noel Daley; and his pet Sunni. He is also survived by three children; six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed's memory may be made to the Breton Ability Centre or the Cape Breton SPCA, two organizations that reflect the compassion and connections that were meaningful throughout Ed's life.
