He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen MacDougall and Agnes MacDougall (MacNeil); his brothers, Donnie and Eddie; his siblings-in-law, Myrtle MacDougall, Jackie Reid, Sheila McInnis, Marlene MacLean, Betty Young, Helen Taylor and Francis MacLean; his nephew Stevie MacDougall; and his nieces, Sarah Catherine "Alex" MacLean and Emma Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie MacDougall (MacLean); his sons, Mark MacDougall (Hillary Capstick), Jesse MacDougall (Caelin Murray) and Kevin MacDougall; his siblings, Hughie (Velma), Kathleen Muller (Barry) and Josephine Shaw (Lennie); and his siblings-in-law, Francine MacDougall, Ben (Carmie), Neil (Gale), Lauchie (Sharon), Peter, Sharon, Shane (Barb), Pius (Caroline), Terry, Paul MacLean (Caroline), Adele Britton (Seamus), Craig Reid, Earl McInnis, Greg Young and Emmanuel Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and cousins.
