With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blair Joseph Chisholm (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), who passed away on July 6, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Chisholm and Elaine Chisholm (MacDougall); his grandparents, John, Margaret Chisholm (Jessome), Daniel and Marie MacDougall (Steele); his siblings, Wayne, Leonard, Brian and Margaret Ann (Baby Chisholm); his nephew Travis Pye; his brother-in-law Ricky Jessome; and his cousin Dana Jessome.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda, Laura and John; his son Devon; and his nieces and nephews, Dwayne, Freddy, Farrell, Brent, Adien, Angella, Ashley, Catherine, Katrina and Jillian. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces and nephews, and close friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the J. M. Jobes Funeral Home (635 Main St, Sydney Mines, NS B1V2Y4). A prayer was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
