He was predeceased by: his father Colin Frances Porter; his siblings, Billy, Randy and Gail Porter; his stepfather Duncan White; his siblings-in-law, Joanne Jillian Porter and Joseph Robertson; his nephew Colin; his nieces, Betty and Colleen; his pets, Noodles and Mischief; and his close friend Paul.
He is survived by: his mother Margarite Kernick Porter; his daughters, Veronica (Wade), Lacey Bridgewater (Chris) and Dawn; his siblings, Gary (Brenda), David (Sherry), Greg (Agnes), Brant (Carson), Marina Robinson and Noel Williams (Jim); his grandchildren, Taylor, Josh, Ethan, Jake, Sadie, Kye, Colby and Henry; his great grandchildren, Elan and Charlee; his family, Shane (Annette), Roxanne (Ronnie) and Tiffany (Ion); his grandchildren, Abigail (John), Keygan, Lexi, Elias and Asher; his great grandchild Jack; his daughter Christine Robinson; and his friends, Jimmy Musgrave and Kevin MacLean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
