He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. MacDonald and Theresa MacDonald (Curtis) of Neil's Harbour. He is survived by: his son John (Amy); his siblings, Colleen (Lowell), Gerard, Lisa and Ian; and his nephews, William, Colin (April) and John Duncan.
