She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Marsh (Ella Marsh) and Ella Mae Marsh (Laffin); her husband Brian Carter; her parents-in-law, George and Elizabeth Carter; and her siblings-in-law, Faith Carter, David Matthews and Freddie Gouthro.
She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Gouthro, Raymond Marsh and Kevin Marsh (Charlene); and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Mathews, George (Kathy), Robert (Judy), Donnie (Anne), Ronnie (Lynn) and Terry (Isabell). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
