It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Grover (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 7, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie Grover and Cassie Grover (Brown); his siblings, Mary Frances, Bernie, Ira, Melvin and Brian; his nephew Shane Grover; and his cousin Paul Veilleux.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Claire Grover (Fitzgerald); his children, Kim (Kenny), Conrad (Lisa), William (Melissa) and Lana (Harry); his grandchildren, Vanessa, Ryan, Kendell, Mallory, Chandler, Ethan and Jasmine; his great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Rowan, Alexander and Christopher; his brother Nick (Maureen); his niece Bethany; and his nephews, Jeffery and Chris. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law Lisa's children and grandchildren.
