James Robinson Obituary
We announce the death of James Robinson (Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 81. James will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Robinson and Pearl Robinson (Donovan); his wife Linda Dianne Robinson (Hardy); and his siblings, Francis (Fanny), Fredia, Julia, John, Leo, Monica, Millie and Frankie.
He is survived by: his daughter Aimee Robinson (Kris Doyon); his grandchildren, Lynden and Adrien Doyon; his siblings, Joe, Marion, Myrna and Stasia; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda and Ervin Robertson.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the St. John's Anglican Church (24 King St, North Sydney, NS B2A2S4).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Buchanan Memorial Hospital, Neil's Harbour or the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
